You Can Return An Item If:
You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
The item is unworn, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
Custom-made or engraved items cannot be returned for refund unless faulty.
How To Start a Return:
Email us at [insert email address, e.g., vnsjewellery01@gmail.com] within the 14-day window. Please include your order number.
We will email you a Returns Authorization Number and instructions on where to send the package.
Please do not ship returns without this number, as we may not be able to process them.
Shipping Costs:
You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your protection.
The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
Once We Receive Your Return:
We will inspect the returned item to ensure it meets the conditions above.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Damaged or Faulty Items: If your item arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us immediately at [vnsjewellery01@gmail.com]. We will cover the cost of return shipping and will happily replace the item or issue a full refund.
